The Connect Partner programme offers a tiered structure that recognizes and rewards your level of engagement, helping you grow as you deliver trusted digital identity solutions.

Partnership tiers

Partners are eligible to earn a tier status – Gold or Platinum. Each tier defines the commitment to Intercede and benefits to the partner. 

Tier status is based on defined criterion, including Product specialisation (CMS Enterprise/PIV/SV, MFA/PSM or mix of), sales and technical competency, technology integrations, business and marketing planning/execution and revenues. 

Currently, partners will be awarded points for each of the partner commitment categories to achieve their tier status.
A partner needs 60 or more points for Gold and 90 or more points for Platinum status.
However, it is recognized that smaller partners may not have the resources to obtain these numbers and the tiers will serve as a guide.

The steps to joining the Connect Partner programme

  1. Register as a resell or technology partner by contacting Intercede via the below form
  2. Complete a non-disclosure agreement, partner application, and partner agreement form
  3. A meeting with a partner manager will be arranged to support your activities
  4. Marketing and Pre-sales support will be agreed during initial meetings.
