A new web-based self-service request portal, and updates across the request card update workflow, self-service app, and self-service unlock authentication have been made to make MyID even simpler and more flexible for end users and operators.
Further updates to MyID v11.4 span across user data checks, operator credential importing, smart card transaction locking, and an API and SDK enhancement to post-workflow scripts.
Technology partner integrations have also seen updates in the latest version of MyID v11.4, including: Microsoft Intune, Windows Server 2019, YubiKey on-device settings, support for Gemalto IDPrime MD940 smart cards, v10.7.164.0 of the SafeNet minidriver and v10.7 of the SafeNet Authentication Client, and support for Microsoft Crypto Next Generation (CNG) for server certificates – CNG certificates can also be issued to smart cards.
