The AGM of Intercede Group plc was held on Wednesday 16 September 2020 at 2.00 pm.  All resolutions were passed on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed as ordinary business and resolutions 6 to 9 were passed as special business.  The number of ordinary shares in issue is 50,523,926.
