Receipt of $3.4m Order
Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that a large US Federal Government order totalling $3.4m was received on 31 March 2021.
This order represents the annual support & maintenance renewal on a longstanding existing project for the period from 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2022. It will therefore be fully recognised in revenue during the new financial year ended 31 March 2022. The US Government has also requested and been offered the option to renew annual support & maintenance at the same price for two subsequent years, i.e. the years ending 31 March 2023 and 31 March 2024.
In line with normal practice, a Trading Update will be provided as soon as possible following the recent completion of the Company’s financial year on 31 March 2021.
