Further to the announcement of 17 May 2017, Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, announces the following disclosures under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding Charles (“Chuck”) A. Pol, aged 61:

Mr. Pol will join the Board of Intercede with effect from 1 June 2017.
