Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, has been informed that the beneficial ownership of the ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) previously held by Plastic Technologies Limited has been transferred to Palm Ltd. The ultimate controlling ownership of these Ordinary Shares has not changed as a result of this transaction.
Therefore, as at 4 February 2019, Palm Ltd. is beneficially interested in a total of 3,147,436 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.2% of the Company’s issued share capital and Plastic Technologies Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
