Director/PDMR Shareholding
Intercede, the software and service company specialising in identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 29 June 2018 of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 1 pence (“Ordinary Shares”):
- on 28 June 2018, Richard Parris, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase, 68,000 Ordinary Shares. He sold 68,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share from an account in his own name and bought 68,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.02 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in his ISA;
- on 28 June 2018, Jayne Murphy, a person closely associated (“PCA”) with Richard Parris, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase, 68,000 Ordinary Shares. She sold 68,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share from an account in her own name and bought 68,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.02 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in her ISA; and
- on 28 June 2018, Jayne Murphy, a (“PCA”) with Richard Parris, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share.
- Following these transactions, Richard Parris and PCA’s with him are beneficially interested in 5,703,552 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.3% of the Company’s issued share capital.
