Intercede, the software and service company specialising in identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 27 September 2019 that The Azalia Trust, a (“PCA”) with Jacques Tredoux, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased a total of 1,668,880 ordinary shares of 1 pence (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 30.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Jacques Tredoux and PCA’s with him are beneficially interested in a total of 14,984,636 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 29.7% of the Company’s issued share capital.
