Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, confirms that its 2019 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting, were posted to shareholders on 2 July and 2 August 2019 respectively. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 pm on Wednesday 18 September 2019 at the Company’s offices at Lutterworth Hall, St. Mary’s Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4PS.
