Trusted Identity. Anywhere. At any scale. Now Live

The new intercede.com is live. A sharper look, faster pages, and an interactive homepage that shows where your organisation sits on the authentication scale, and what fits. Here is a quick tour.

A new look for the digital identity experts

The first thing you will notice is the design. The new site carries the dark navy look of the MyID product family, with sharper typography and pages that load noticeably faster than before. Every page has been redesigned, from the homepage through to the product, solution and industry pages, so the site finally looks like the software it describes.

Finding your way around is simpler too. Products, solutions, industries, insights and partners each have a clear place in the navigation, so whatever you came for is a click or two away.

One suite covering the whole authentication scale

Authentication maturity is a scale, not a ladder. Even with PKI in place, most organisations still manage passwords for some users, passkeys for others and basic multi-factor authentication for the rest. The MyID® suite covers every point with four products: MyID CMS for PKI and FIDO passkey credential management, available in Enterprise and PIV editions, MyID MFA for passwordless multi-factor authentication, MyID PSM for password security and breach detection, and MyID SecureVault for encrypted key archival.

The new homepage turns that idea into something you can touch. The Authentication Scale asks one question: where are you today? Drag the marker from passwords only through to PKI smart cards and the page shows which MyID products fit at that point, and how to extend protection across the rest of your workforce.

“Our customers run everything from passwords to PKI smart cards, usually all at once. Our website shows that whole picture in one place. Drag the Authentication Scale and you will see exactly what I mean.”

Klaas van der Leest, CEO, Intercede

Frequently Asked Questions

What is new on www.intercede.com?

What is new on intercede.com?

The site relaunched on 12 August 2026 with a refreshed design, faster pages, the interactive Authentication Scale on the homepage, and rebuilt technical foundations that make Intercede content easier for search engines and AI assistants to find and cite.

What is the Authentication Scale?

The Authentication Scale is the interactive component on the intercede.com homepage and Intercede’s model for authentication coverage across a workforce and suppliers where applicable. Authentication maturity is a scale, not a ladder: most organisations run passwords, basic multi-factor authentication, passkeys and PKI at the same time for different users. Drag the marker from passwords only through to PKI smart cards and the page shows which MyID products fit at each point.

Which products does the MyID suite include?

Four products: MyID CMS for PKI and FIDO passkey credential management, MyID MFA for passwordless multi-factor authentication and passkeys, MyID PSM for password security and breach detection, and MyID SecureVault for encrypted key archival and biometric storage. PIV is an edition of MyID CMS for US federal and FIPS 201 environments, not a separate product, and MyID CMS is also available in an Enterprise edition.
