What’s hot in enterprise security: the TEE

Mobile World Congress has now come and gone and I had a great week ‘talking tech’ with some big names and innovative companies in the cybersecurity field. Intercede was busy, with demonstrations on five stands, conference presentations from Nick Cook and myself that seemed to be well received and Peter Cattaneo giving a recorded interview on MyID for the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

Secure identity proved to be a hot topic, with lots of interest in MyID’s ability to make use of the TEE and/or SIM on a smartphone for two-factor authentication. Our demo on the Samsung stand went down well; it was good to see that there is a lot of interest in using secure elements for mobile security within enterprise.
