Intercede Connect Partner Programme

Intercede launches new channel programme to expand availability of flagship MyID security software

Digital identity management software trusted by governments, intelligence agencies, banks and manufacturers available to resellers and integrators.

Today, UK-based cybersecurity company Intercede announces the launch of its new Connect Partner Programme, enabling reseller and integrator partners to sell its recently expanded MyID® software platform.

Intercede’s MyID software helps organisations issue and manage the lifecycle of credentials across devices ranging from smart cards, USB tokens and mobile devices, to virtual smart card-enabled technologies. It sits at the heart of IT systems, using strong multi-factor authentication (MFA), based on public key infrastructure (PKI) for employee digital identity.

Created more than twenty years ago in response to insecure methods of security – such as passwords – failing to adequately protect businesses from cyber-attack, MyID software is used by companies and governments worldwide, including Airbus, Boeing, BASF, Wells Fargo, Swedbank and Handelsbanken.

Over the past 24 months, Intercede has been on a continuous growth path and is now looking to accelerate that growth by working with proactive integrator and reseller partners that are well versed in the identity access management and PKI world. As such, the UK-based cybersecurity company has launched its new Connect Partner Programme – a tiered channel scheme that rewards partner engagement, backed up by software with extensive integration options with world-leading strong authentication hardware and software.

Connect Partner Programme members are part of a growing strong authentication ecosystem that is integrated and managed with MyID software. Both existing and new resellers and integrators within the programme will have access to a robust sales and technical training introduction that ensures members’ teams are knowledgeable on the software. Members will also have access to support materials and products to help meet the growing demand for strong authentication – from deployments of 500 to millions.

Intercede CEO, Klaas van der Leest commented: “In MyID, we have proven software that is trusted by many of the world’s most secure organisations. Traditionally, our business was tightly focused around US federal government, aerospace and defence but with increased demand from other sectors like healthcare, banking, telecoms and manufacturing, our go-to-market model is now ripe for a channel drive.”

Van der Leest added: “Organisations large and small are witnessing the threat and increasing cost of data breach – from a financial, operations and reputational perspective. They are also recognising that there is a far more secure and user-friendly way of doing things. With MyID, companies have a product that both manages the strong authentication ecosystem and also integrates with the hardware, software and devices they and their end users want to use.”

“The launch of our Connect Partner Programme presents an excellent opportunity for the right partners to join us on this growth trajectory as we look to meet the increasing demand for secure digital identity.”

As of February 26, all existing partners will be moved across to the new programme, as well as several new partners, including Czech-Republic-based ESYSCO and Netherlands-based Inspark, and others to follow.
