Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held early today, all resolutions were duly passed.

2.     To re-elect R Hoggarth as a director. 92.01
3.     To re-elect J Tredoux as a director. 83.43
4.     To re-elect K van der Leest as a director. 92.72
5.     To elect N Patel as a director. 99.89
6.      To elect T Whitley as a director. 99.90
7.     To re-appoint BDO LLP to hold office as auditors until the next Annual General Meeting, and to authorise the Directors to determine the remuneration of the auditors. 99.96
 

Special Business

8.     To renew the authority given to the Directors to allot new securities. 92.77
9.     That the Directors be given power (subject to the passing of resolution 6) to allot for cash equity securities (as defined in section 560(1) of the Act for the purposes of section 561 of the Act). 92.77
10.  That, in accordance with article 10 of the Company’s articles of association and the Act, the Company is generally and unconditionally authorised to make market purchases (within the meaning of section 693 of the Act) of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (Ordinary Shares). 92.75
