Result of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

The AGM of Intercede Group plc was held on Wednesday 13 September 2017 at 2.00 pm.  All resolutions were passed on a poll.  Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 6 to 8 were passed as special resolutions.  The number of ordinary shares in issue is 50,523,926.
