Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, today announces that Ben Drury will be stepping down from his position as a non-executive director of the Board following the Company’s Annual General Meeting, which will be held at 2.00 pm today, after completing his 3-year contract with the Company. Ben will shortly be announcing a new business venture that will require his full attention.
Having already completed a 3-month transitional period of parallel running, Ben is superseded as senior independent director on the Board by Chuck Pol, whose appointment as a non-executive director was announced on 17 May 2017.
