Contract wins/renewals

Intercede, a cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, provides an update on further contract wins and renewals.

As announced on 23 January 2023, the Group had several contract opportunities that could close before the end of the financial year ended 31 March 2023 (“FY23”). Intercede is pleased to confirm that a majority of these opportunities have been closed, and it has also renewed several support and maintenance contracts. The total value of these contract wins/renewals is in excess of $6.0m, which will be recognised from FY24 onwards.

These contract wins/renewals include:

• a large US Federal Government order totalling $3.4m for annual subscription renewal on a longstanding existing project for the period from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024;
• a three-year renewal totalling $1.56m; and
• two new customers.

In line with normal practice, an FY23 trading update will be provided with further detail in the coming weeks.
