Intercede is pleased to announce the award of a major contract in support of a large scale government security program. Contracts have been signed and the first purchase order has been received, with a value in excess of £600,000. However, it is expected that, subject to performance, the contract value to Intercede is likely to exceed £1.5 million in the current financial year and £10 million over a five year period.

Intercede confirms that its trading for the financial year ended 31 March 2013 was in line with the expectations set in the Trading Update that was issued on 1 February 2013.

In the Interim Report issued on 22 November 2012, it was stated that the Company had made good commercial and operational progress in the first half of the year.  First half trading was reported to be in line with expectations and it was anticipated that several new contracts would begin generating revenue in the second half of the financial year.
