Intercede - Director Share Dealings

In response to institutional demand, Richard Parris, Chairman and CEO of Intercede (AIM: IGP.L) has sold 1,000,000 Intercede shares, representing 2.08 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company, to leading technology investor Herald Investment Trust at a price of 42.5 pence per share.
Intercede is a leading producer of Identity and Credential Management software called MyID, which manages the secure registration, issuance and life cycle of digital identities for a wide range of uses.
Following this sale on 1 March 2010, Richard Parris and his immediate family will own 5,472,232 shares representing 11.36 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
